Planning guidance that articulates a new vision and will shape the future development of West ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ as required by Place Policy 16 in City Plan 2030. The West ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Placemaking Framework will replace the West ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Strategic Design Framework (13 May 2010) and the West ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Landscape Framework (November 2011).
